Roxxy Beach has all needed building permits and all necessary permits for construction.An extension, a beach bar, was started which was thought to be included in the permit, however was not and once this came to the attention of the contractor construction was stopped. Permitted construction will continue, and we are very happy to bring to beautiful SXM a place that will give many jobs to local people as well as a wonderful impression of our island.
